Children's Wild Flower Prints

Background:

These prints are from a guide to Wildflower "favourites of the wayside" for children of all ages.  In the preface to the series, it is noted that the guide is not intended to be a botanical textbook, rather an introduction to the legends, stories and folk-names of the plants.

The chromolithograph prints are based on illustrations by the British artist Maud Roxburgh.
