All prints ordered from Prints with a Past are shipped to you "on approval". This means that you have 14 days, from the date of receipt, to enjoy the print in your home or office.

If you are not satisfied with the print for any reason, return it to us for a full credit (refund does not include the shipping charge).  We request that you notify us by Email or phone prior to returning the print.

We respect the privacy of all customer data.  The data collected when processing your order will only be used in fulfilling the order and in customer communication.  We do not share, nor sell, customer data to any third party.

To order a print, please call us toll free in North America at 1-800-239-5506 (1-509-443-2201 outside of North America). Our studio hours are 6 AM - 9 PM PST, 7 days a week.  If you should call at other times, please leave your name and phone number on our voice mail system and we will call you back to get the order details.

The price for each print is shown online.

Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal (to learn more about the PayPal service visit www.paypal.com).   You can also pay by check or money order, however shipment of the prints will be made after the check clears.

Gift Certificates

Are you looking to give a friend or family member a print as a gift, though are unsure which print to give them?  Prints with a Past offers Gift Certificates in any denomination you choose for gift giving.  The Certificate is customized with the name of the recipient, your name and a customized greeting of your choosing, along with a brochure explaining how they can access the Prints with a Past Web site.

The recipient can use the Certificate towards the purchase of any print shown on our Website.

Most prints can be shipped within a week of receiving your order. Some orders may require more time, particularly those that require framing.  If you need your order shipped by a specific date (e.g. for a gift), let us know.

Shipments are by 3-day Priority Mail.  We also offer overnight Fed Ex delivery service if that is your preferred shipment method.

We take great care in packing prints to insure they arrive in good condition:

• Prints which are not framed are placed in a plastic sleeve, inserted between two sheets of cardboard and placed in a padded mailing envelope.
• Framed prints are wrapped in bubble wrap, and placed in a box surrounded by shredded paper.

The cost to ship one (1) print (not framed) by Priority Mail in the continental United States is US$5.50.  Multiple prints can be combined in a shipment to reduce the total shipping cost.

The cost to ship one (1) framed print by Priority Mail in the continental United States is US$14.

Fed Ex rates will be quoted on request.

Canadian and overseas shipment rates and delivery schedules will be quoted when the order is placed.

Print Certificate

We provide with many prints a certificate providing background data on the print you have purchased including title, series, country of origin, date, type of print and artist (if known).

This informative certificate is ideal for placing on the back of the print once it is framed.
