These detailed maps are from a 1900 atlas portraying the 32 counties of Ireland "with a beautifully colored map of each, showing over 11,000 cities, towns, villages and places of public interest".   The maps also identify the routes of railroads, canals and roads, as well as topographic details.

The copy of the text pages provided with each map give information on the derivation of the County name, population, geography and natural resources.
